I'm an 80's girl with a flair for psychology and therapy. I give counselling and hang out with my kids whenever possible. I love hosting and having people in my home. You have private access, and our front door is right next to yours, so we are available any time we are in and can be reached by phone or text. We love to interact and help you out with your stay, and you can be as private as you like, we respect your wishes and want you to get the most out of your trip.

We're keen to create an indoor experience matching our love of motorhoming without compromising on space and luxury, while maximising the benefits of being by the sea, rail and bustling village life. We love living here and want our guests to feel welcome and happy in this seaside escape. With a small-double fold-down bed and under-stairs bathroom, this tiny-home lacks no mod-cons while keeping the bijou feel.

Neighborhood info

Southwick is an ancient village with some lovely old buildings and features to enjoy when walking around, the community is friendly and kind and love a good chat in the square. My favourite thing about living here is being by the sea, the clean salty air and daily walks over the locks to the beach by Carats cafe. Sometimes we pick mussels for dinner in the rocks if the tide is out, and the sky always paints us a new masterpiece. Transport is excellent here, it is flat to walk or cycle across the coast in either direction, the rail and bus links are fast and regular, roads are very well connected. Parking is largely free on the streets in our area and nearby areas, and you have a private parking space immediately in front of your TinyHome too. you are just a short walk to the commercial and fishing locks and the beach front.
