Breakfast included a hot English breakfast which I wasn't expecting, the room was clean and the it was a perfect location for us as a stay over when visiting Alton Towers. There is a Harvester right next door which is very handy for dinner.

Excellent welcome from reception with friendly, informative introduction. Even better welcome from serving staff in restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us to manage the electronic ordering. She was also a very good salesperson and encouraged us to try a dessert. Overall a good atmosphere in the restaurant.
