The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a twin, a ground-floor twin and a ground-floor family room with a double, bunk and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a first-floor terrace with astro-turf and furniture, and an enclosed rear lawn with furniture. Within 1.7 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Exford, a lovely town in the middle of the Exmoor National Park, lies close by.
