Property info

The property is spacious and comfortably furnished and complimented by a well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher to make your stay as easy as possible. The bed arrangement is that there are two bedrooms with double beds. There is one bedroom with two single beds (but these can be zip-locked together to make a double if we have prior notice). In addition, there is a large alcove off the living room with two single beds. We trust that this will work ok for your group. For this with accessibility requirements the ground floor can be accessed via a moveable metal ramp and once inside the complete ground floor is level. This includes a level access wet room shower with shower seat. All taps are of lever operation. Please note that there are not handrail or hoist facilities. Do please contact us directly should you require further information in this regard. The property will be pre-stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, cleaning materials, toiletries etc with our compliments to make your stay comfortable and easy. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and would be pleased to welcome you again in the future.

University Unit Two is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area close to the University of Southampton, but also within easy reach of the city centre by car or public transport. It is in a cul de sac with free parking onsite and on the roadside. The property is within easy reach of all major motorway routes and is ideally suited to city visitors, whether for business or leisure. Southampton boasts plenty of attractions to suit all as well as a Russell Group University and being a major regional commerce hub. The New Forest, including Paulton Park with Pepa Pig World, is less than 20 minutes drive
