Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom home located in Maidstone City Centre, within easy reach of shops, high street and 3 train stations. This modern property is perfect for families, friends or business travelers who want to stay in a prime location and explore all that Maidstone has to offer. The house features 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious bed, while the other two bedrooms have comfortable double and single beds respectively. The home comes with a modern family bathroom and also an extra cloakroom WC for your convenience The entire property is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout. Guests can kick back and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy each other's company in the cozy seating and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, with all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up a delicious meal. The house also has a washing machine and is equipped with a dryer too. The high street is just a short walk away, offering a range of popular high-street stores and boutiques. In addition, the property is within easy reach of 3 train stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. We take great pride in ensuring that our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. PLEASE NOTE: The Hot Tub is only available between 01st March and 15th September each year. You must let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you would like to use it. The Hot Tub is a paid feature of the property and is charged at 20 GBP per stay (paid separately). It is located externally and is open to elements. It can take about 10-12 hours to heat up, depending on the weather on the day.

Our neighbours are lovely and kind, always ready to lend a helping hand if needed. However, we do advise guests to keep the noise level down after 9 pm as a courtesy to our neighbours.
