Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Urban Chic is a beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment in the centre of Eastbourne. It couldn't be better placed to enjoy all that Eastbourne has to offer, you are surrounded by delicious cafes and restaurants, just a five minute walk to the brand new shopping centre and 10 minutes to the gorgeous beaches of Eastbourne. The property has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, Smart TV with freeview channels and streaming apps and an ensuite shower room. All towels and linen are provided for your stay. The living area has a large Smart TV with freeview channels and streaming apps. There is also a Bluetooth sound system for you to play music and free WiFi is also included. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you will need for a self catering break and includes an oven, hob, air fryer, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and an array of cooking utensils. Parking permits can be purchased at 2 GBP per day.

The convenient location of this apartment makes it perfect for couples, small families or perhaps friends or colleagues sharing. Eastbourne town centre with all its amenities, the seafront and the train station and bus terminal are all within easy walking distance.
