The cottage has a rich fascinating history, having been a pub serving miners in the 1800's. Our now homely accommodation boasts spacious open plan living downstairs with comfy sofas and a log burner. Great for relaxing after a long walk on the coast path, or surfing. There are plenty of board games and a TV with iplayer and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher should you wish to cook and enjoy the lovely dining area that seats up to 7 people plus high chair for a little one. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with king size bed, and plenty of room to assemble the travel cot provided. There is ample storage space for all the things you bring on holiday. The other room has two standard singles and a small child's high sleeper. A double sofa bed downstairs adds flexibility for further guests. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The bathroom has a walk in shower. At the back is a lovely sunny, small roof terrace with seating. This is a great suntrap to wind down and enjoy a drink and bbq. There is also a handy outdoor sink and somewhere to dry wetsuits. Being in a central prime location, please be aware that at times there can be street noise.

Wonderful character cottage, great for families and couples, in a fantastic location in the heart of Peterville, St Agnes. Close to a wealth of local amenities and surfing beaches. A great base to enjoy the buzz of St. Agnes, and to sample the abundance of culinary delights. A short walk takes you to the nearest sandy beach at Trevaunance Cove. There is no parking space with the house, but you can often park directly opposite in a free space. In the peak of summer parking can be tricky as St. Agnes is a popular place. Other spots for parking can be found on Rosmundy and British Road, a short walk from the property. There is payable parking in a couple of places within 5 minutes of the house. Being in a central prime location, please be aware that at times there can be street noise.
