New to the market is this newly furnished 3 bed Victorian terraced house, that can sleep 6. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. It consists of a king size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the spacious second bedroom, and a triple sleeper bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom (the bunk bed is a small double mattress, so not really suited for two adults). All beds have new frames and mattresses. Located in popular East Ardsley, this home is perfect for families, business travellers, or friends looking for a relaxing break. Just 4 miles from Wakefield, 6 miles from Leeds, and 5 mins from M1 and M62. Free super-fast broadband wifi throughout the property. Password is on the router. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: • For convenience you’ll be provided with fresh linen and towels for each guest, toiletries, milk, tea, coffee, and sugar. • You can be assured that the property will be professionally cleaned between every guest booking. • Access via a key safe box, which the code will be issued to guests on the day of check-in.
I only live in the next village (Tingley) and so am on hand to answer any questions or needs that you may have.
Designated parking space at rear of property. Plenty of other on street parking available too
