It is child friendly and in a fantastic location for accessing all that the beautiful South Hams has to offer. We are located 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kingsbridge. The beautiful and renowned Salcombe is a short drive also. We can not wait to host you!

Kingsbridge is a fantastic central point between an abundance of beaches and towns in the South Hams. We love living here and pick a new place to visit and walk every chance we get. East Pourtlemouth is a favourite for breathtaking views. Salcombe is excitingly stylish and so much fun in the summer! Windy Bantham is a game changer for thought provoking walks or a surf if you’re brave enough! The food and drinks scene is very elite, sassy and competitive! There is the best of everything on offer from gin to fudge to sausage rolls! There are some very quirky bars and some very funky cafes! So whatever you like to do in the summer on your holiday time, you will love Kingsbridge and never want to leave! Kingsbridge town is a lovely walk from the house, if you don't mind the hill on the way home! You can also walk to the park, the estuary and the pubs & restaurants and cafes. There is sufficient parking but during the summer it can be very busy. There are several taxi companies for those late nights out of town too.
