With views of Warwick Castle this fine Grade ll Listed Georgian townhouse is in a prime central location. Merely seconds from restaurants and bars. Single garage to the rear of the property for and an additional parking space in a private car park adjacent to the property. 30 seconds to Warwick Castle. 5 min walk to Warwick racecourse. Lord Leycester Hospital 1 min walk. Leamington Spa 5 minutes by car. Stratford Upon Avon 10 minutes by car.
My name is Archie and I run airbnb alongside my mother who has been in the business for more than 7 years. I have worked under her wing for the past four years and have experience being a host. Great place to be and make some super memories. Two doors down from me there is Tasca Dali which does the BEST Spanish food.My guests love this restaurant it has a wonderful atmosphere. I love the Giggling Squid or The Art Kitchen forThai food. The Rose and Crown in the market square has a great atmosphere and fab food. Saffron Gold is a minute walk is my favourite Indian restaurant,the food is delicious 😋 The Globe is an great restaurant too. Cinema is in Leamington 5 minutes away by car. I want you to book so please let me know what I can do to make your stay more memorable. Don’t forget to add me to your ❤️list,top right corner. Trains and buses but you probably won't want to leave Warwick. Stratford Upon Avon 7 miles. Leamington Spa 2 miles. London 90 minutes by car. Birmingham 40 minutes by car.
