Waterfront apartment, centrally located with lovely views over looking the Brayford Waterfront, views from the bedrooms of the cathedral and castle. Minutes walk from the train station and high street, a walk up steep hill will take you to the cathedral quarter. Directly opposite on the waterfront you have a choice of numerous bars, restaurants and a cinema, the university & Engine Shed venue. Due to the central city centre location you may experience some foot fall noise, evenings/weekends.
My passion is in properties and travel, i've worked in both industries and now i've combined both to be a host, I love welcoming new and repeat guests and doing my best to make sure everything is just perfect for them. Situated on the Brayford waterfront, close to numerous restaurants and pubs, turn right out of the apartment and cross the road to enter the high street, walk up the high street and steep hill to reach the cathedral , castle and bailgate area. Ideally located for the university and engine shed venue . Minutes walk from the train station. Walking distance to all the main attractions in lincoln, bus stop and train station within walking distance, brayford street NCP car park next door , see pictures on my listing for details of parking .
