Gulland House consists of deluxe en-suite bedrooms, two-, three- and six-bedroom apartments. These properties are perfect for short stays, city breaks or business guests. With its great central location, less than a 5-minute walk from Plymouth Train Station and close to bars, restaurants, and Drake Circus Shopping Centre. The rooms at Gulland House all include a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The apartments include either 2, 3 or 6 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and bathrooms with walk in showers. Outside the property is also a communal washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use. This is a three bedroom bungalow, with two bedrooms having their own double beds witht he third bedroom having single beds, with wardrobes and bedroom furniture. The bungalow has its own fully equipped lounge kitchen diner, with smart TV and fast wifi throughout.

Less than a 10 minute stroll into Plymouth's City Centre this beautifully refurbished 3 bedroom apartment is situated next to Plymouth Train Station. The world famous Plymouth Hoe is just 1 mile away, with it's wide open spaces and amazing views across Plymouth Sound. The historic Barbican area of the city, with it's links to America and Mayflower Steps, is less than a 20 minute walk from the properties.
