The 3 front seats come with seats belts and is a 2 to 4 sleeper (3 kids will fit on the main bed) and the small seating area can be used as a single bed. Fitted with a new gas oven/hob and a sink in the kitchen area Wetroom/Toilet (PLEASE READ NOTES AT END) It is fully equipped with; pots and pan set, gas top kettle, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. Electric is currently only basic - 12v to charge phones and other devices however a hook up system is in the process of being installed A newly refurbished, well insulated, neat conversion with additional bits and upgrades being added all the time Good head room and spacious. Bedding and towels are available on request
