Great central location and ideal base for walking. Very well equipped 1st floor studio apartment and no problems gaining access via the key safe and code we were sent in advance. Some nice touches including a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk and biscuits plus a welcome drink each!

This studio apartment is great for exploring the Peak District National Park, as well as the cities of Sheffield and Manchester.. All on the first floor. Open plan living space. Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Garden (shared with other apartments on-site). 1 medium-sized dog welcome. On road parking. No smoking.. This cosy, first floor studio apartment can be found in a Grade II listed building, in the very centre of the popular High Peak village of Hayfield. Offering lovely views, it provides comfortable living accommodation just perfect for couples to either hibernate over the cold winter months, or to use as a wonderful base to explore this wonderful part of the Peak District National Park. Hayfield is a traditional village home to ample pubs, cafés and restaurants, and is a renowned walker’s paradise. Its close proximity to Kinder Scout, the Pennine Way and Sett Valley Trail means that a vast selection of walking is available direct from the door suitable for all abilities. When its time to venture further afield, other wonderful Peak District towns and villages are within easy reach. The picturesque market town of Glossop is just a 10-minute drive, and Edale, Castleton and the Hope Valley are just 20 minutes. The spa town of Buxton is also just 20 minutes away, and the ever popular town of Bakewell and the magnificent historic houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are around a half hour drive.
