This fantastic Victorian property is situated at the top of Wellington Street that runs down into Matlock town centre, you’ll find there is host of things to see and do on your doorstep including an array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is a weekly market and within easy reach are the gorgeous country houses of Chatsworth (8 miles) and Haddon Hall (7 miles), both ideal for whiling away an afternoon. The Matlock Bath Illuminations and firework display are especially popular with kids and adults alike in autumn. Just a short drive away will take you to the nearby picturesque market town of Bakewell (8.5 miles) which lies in the heart of the Peak District National Park and offers a fantastic place for meandering through the various shops, cafes and restaurants.
