A wonderful, quaint cottage situated in the centre of Hayfield. A perfect base for walks and relaxing times in the countryside. Wicket Green cottage is a warm and cosy place to enjoy your time in the high peak area and the Village of Hayfield has some lovely shops, pubs and places to eat and drink. The cottage has been maintained and presented to a nice and clean standard with many amenities there at your disposal as you would come to expect from any modern holiday home. Access is usually better by car as local transport in the countryside is not always as reliable as you may expect but that is if you even need to venture further afield as straight from the door there are long walks available in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Hayfield also has some nice little shops and village stores to cater for the basic needs during any stay away and there are currently two coffee shops offering lunches and afternoon tea. The nearest pub is literally 20 steps away from the front door so that tasty drink is never ever far away. Come and enjoy the delights of Wicket Green cottage and the surrounding area for a weekend away or a longer stay. *The fire is not certified after finding nesting birds and therefore not for use.
