Ideal apartment for short stays and business trips to the City, our beautiful Loft apartment is newly renovated with high quality fittings throughout. Bright with far reaching views to front and rear towards York Minster the property is tastefully furnished has open plan living kitchen with sitting area and Smart TV, dining table and fully integrated kitchen with washer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave plus all basic cooking essentials. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a zip link bed which can be set up as either a king or 2 singles. All bed linen and towels are included for your stay. Parking is available free on street adjacent to the property GUEST ACCESS - self check in is available after 3pm on the day of your arrival so you do not need to worry if you are delayed or arriving in the evening. Access details will be forwarded to you prior to your arrival (access through the main door is a key code and there is a key safe outside the apartment door)

Windmill View Loft Apartment is located in the popular York suburb of Holgate. Everything is within easy reach - either on foot, bike, bus, taxi or car. the railway station and city centre are a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus or taxi ride away.There is a bus stop outside the property for the No.1 Bus which goes to the station and city centre every 10 minutes. The National railway Museum is close by as is the Racecourse which has many race days and events throughout the year. There is a supermarket close by for all you holiday essentials. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars close at hand without having to go right into the City centre. Everyman independent cinema is a 10 minute walk away. the local pub 'The Fox' is close by, has a large beer garden and is well known for good local ales. Holgate also has its very own Windmill that the apartment has views of. This is the oldest 5 sail windmill in England and is open on a Saturday morning.
