A Luxury secure Self Contained 1 bedroomed Annex with its own private entrance situated on a private small holding in the heart of Mid Devon. The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a sofa bed and smart Tv. 1 double bedroom leads through to a separate dressing room and a wet room shower area comprising a wash basin/ WC. outside comprises amp space to park vehicles and to sit and relax and enjoy the surroundings. Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar on arrival. We are situated in the picturesque countryside of Mid Devon, half way between Dartmoor and Exmoor and within a 45 minute drive to North and South Devon Coastlines. We are also on the famous Two Way Moors Walk and are ideally situated for anyone wishing for an overnight stop. Within half a mile from the property is a 9 hole golf course and a Country Inn seeing evening meals. Public transport can also be found within half an mile to a mile away. The Tarka Train line runs frequently throughout the day between Barnstaple and Exmouth. The Public bus service also runs frequently from the nearby village of Copplestone and Morchard Road. Well behaved dogs are welcome upon request, Fees apply.
Hi there, I'm Andy Welcome to the Annexe at Wolfin. Set in the picturesque country side of Mid Devon on a beautiful tranquil small holding. A perfect place to relax and explore Devon. My main priority is to welcome guests onto the property and ensure your stay is a positive happy one. I manage the Annexe and I will only be a phone call away should you have any questions throughout your stay. You can also usually find me at the property and will assist you if needed. Set in the beautiful picturesque country side of Mid Devon half way between Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks and halfway between both the North and South Devon Coastlines an ideal base for exploring the area, with plenty of walking routes or public transport options readily available. The Annexe is also situated in a popular area for accommodation for the nearby wedding venues of The Waie Inn and Hayne.
