YO10 is a purpose built Guest House in the 1980's. We are located a short 15 minute walk to York City Centre. Close to the University, Fulford Golf Course, the A64 and the Designer Outlet. Situated Just off Fulford Road. There is 24 hour access to your accommodation.
Your Host is Tony, who has grown up in the Hospitality trade from a young age and seen how technology has opened the world up to everyone. Tony lives on site and is only a phone call or a text away if you need him.
Fulford is a very safe neighbourhood with the North Yorkshire Police headquarters a short distance away. There are good bus services to the centre and a nice riverside walk. We also have the very popular Rowntrees Park near by just across the river.
