Managed by Lynne Sagar we host a popular bed and breakfast with rooms upstairs and downstairs (so please check if you need to be on the ground floor ) We have off road parking and we are 3 miles to York Park and Ride. Dunnington Elvington and Wilberfoss are close by where pubs serving excellent food can be found. There is an excellent bus route from Kexby to York. What else can I say other than we will do our best to make you feel welcome.

Property info

Family run bed and breakfast outside the City centre of York. A car is recommended as there are no eating venues within walking distance. We aim to please and will try to accommodate your needs. Please be aware 2 of our rooms are upstairs so if you cannot manage stairs please check before booking. if you need to be downstairs please book the Double room with Garden View or Twin room with Garden View which are located on the ground floor. Your time of arrival is flexible, but we would ask for an approximate time of arrival to be able to great you. We are on the right as you enter Kexby from York on the A1079. please do not go to the church or old Vicarage as we are all the same post code, a better postcode to find us is YO415LN or what 3 words trees.sonic.makes There is a lounge where a full English breakfast is available from 7.45 to 9 am.
