I had the luck to inherit this beautiful house from my grandfather who built it in the 50s! A house made out of stone and mud as they used to do back then. It is situated in a unique spot, next to the woods, overlooking the historical center. A great asset of the house is the neighborhood with beautiful cafes, bars, and restaurants all around. It is situated within walking distance from major museums like the Goulandris Contemporary Art (2 mins walk), the Cycladic Museum (10 mins walk), the Byzantine Museum (8 mins walk), and the National Gallery (10 mins walk.). One can enjoy strolls in the national gardens, a brisk three-minute walk from the house and walk to the Acropolis museum or Plaka through the pedestrian street of Zapeion Magaro (15 mins).
