Great holidays!! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa.The place is really beautiful. There are so much space outside and the two pools were really cool. Also the owner, Eva was always very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this villa. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

An Overview of the Impeccable Villa Chara Villa, is the ultimate holiday destination for explorers, with sumptuous welcoming interiors which reflect the greys and blues of the natural surroundings, this Luxury Villa boasts outdoor space 500m2 , a-plenty for all the family to enjoy some quality togetherness time. The luxury home provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. It is the perfect escape for romantic escapes and unique family gatherings! Exterior Layout | Pool & Outdoor Surroundings The 700m2 outdoor area of the villa feature a sensory private heated pool (30m2, 1.40 deep), with a heated children’s pool compartment (10m2, 0.50 deep) and a heated spa whirlpool (5m2), along with spectacular surroundings makes this villa a dream home away from home. The villa features an outdoor playground for our younger guests and a ping pong table. Pool & Spa whirlpool - Heating Policy : -The Pool, Whirlpool & children's pool compartment can be heated from March until May & from October until November and during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. -4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival and the water's temperature can reach up to 25 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. -In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool & whirlpool. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed Εvents are not allowed.

Neighborhood info

Villa Chara is located in the provincial road between Panormo and Perama. In Perama town which is within 5 minutes away by car you will find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 5 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities. Distances to Important Locations Super Market & Restaurants: 3 Kms Panormos Beach: 4 Kms Heraklion International Airport: 65 Kms Chania International Airport: 94 Kms Rethymno Port & Town: 25 Kms Car rental is essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations!
