New apartment with fresh European-style renovation. The house is 8 minutes walk from the metro station, the area is quiet, there is a store downstairs, a wonderful bakery on the corner, cafes, restaurants, several supermarkets. The apartment is a studio, which has a new kitchen, equipped with a new stove, there are dishes and everything you need to cook, a large refrigerator, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave. It has a new washing machine, new air conditioner, plasma panel, fast Internet for work. You will enjoy large double bed with new pillows and a mattress. Also its table for dining, ironing, iron, hair dryer, etc. The apartment has cute balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, it is sunny and beautiful there. It has a new bathroom with a comfortable shower. The apartment is magnificent, it has a lot of light, air, it is equipped with new appliances and has everything for a comfortable stay.
Responsible, helpful, will make your stay pleasant !
