FLAT 31 has been recently renovated. Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the heart of Athens, 550m from the Greek Parliament (Syntagma sq) and 40m away from Kolonaki square, FLAT 31 is more than centrally located. Flat 31 is ideal for a small family. It is situated in a small quiet pedestrian road in the center of Athens. The location is ideal as most sights are in walking distance. Kolonaki square area is an interesting and famous Athenian neighbourhood, due to its vicinity with the Greek Parliament building. Do not forget to visit and walk iside the national garden which is only 100m from the flat. Other interesting sites in walking distance are the Kalimarmaro stadium (where the first modern olympics took place), the Zapio building which is situated inside the national garden, the National galery, the Modern Cycladic art museum, the Byzantine museum, the War museum, the Acropolis museum and so many more.

Kolonaki area is provided for shoping, site-seeing, theaters and night life. Plenty of bistros, cafes and restaurants near by, suitable for all tastes. Within walking distance wou can find: the National Garden - Zapio (300m), the War Museum (350m), the National Gallery (750m), Athens Academy / National Library (900m), the Acropolis Museum - Plaka (1.500m) … and so many more interesting sites.
