Living in Athens means staying in an Athenian Polikatikia (block of apartments), the landmark of aesthetics, architecture and social life of the city. Discover the original Athenian life starting from this spacious and centrally located apartment, with its classic Athenian decoration of the 60s. The place belonged to our beloved grandma. We decided to keep her style and character rather than gentrifying it. You will get the feeling the moment you step into the place.
Centrally located, just a few minutes walk from Athens' legendary landmarks like Plateia Amerikis (America Square), Plateia Kalliga, (Kalliga Square) and of course Plateia Kypselis (Kypseli Square) and Fokionos Negri street. Super market, pharmacies and coffee shops are just around the corner. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from Metro line 1 (Attiki station or Agios Nikolaos station) and 5 minutes walk from central bus stops. You can always walk to Omonoia Square (2.0km).
