In the building you will also find a fully equipped gym and a laundry room for free exclusive use of our guests! You will love your stay in our residence, the apartments are fully equipped with all the amenities you would find in a high-end hotel, from high speed internet to a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. This is a wonderful part of downtown Athens great for visiting some of the most important sightseeing’s in Europe, while at the same time offers great options for dining, walking tours and a perfect location for business meetings or meet up with friends. Panathenaic Stadium, the only stadium completely made from marble in the whole world is located at only 500 meters away. Acropolis and the historical center are just some minute’s walk. Plaka and the Acropolis museum is 1,8 Km away and Kolonaki posh boutiques and shopping streets are just 1 Km from the doorstep, as well as Sydagma square. Next to the Panathenaic/Kallimarmaro stadium you find the wonderful hill of Arditou, an oasis of trees that offers plenty of beautiful paths for hiking and running.
