The rooms have been tastefully and lovingly decorated by their owner, Nikitas, using the colors of the Aegean and natural materials such as stone and wood, which have a relaxing effect on the senses and create the aesthetic result we all love in the Cyclades. Our welcome is accompanied by a bottle of wine and a map of the island so you can plan your exploration. Breakfast Facilities PhotoIn the fridge you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast whenever you wish for it. For the few days when the playful island breeze is not enough to cool the rooms, there are ceiling fans in rooms, or ceiling fans and air conditions too in studios. The rooms are meticulously cleaned every day. As for the grounds, the courtyard is equipped with seating, wooden tables and chairs with comfortable cushions set in the shade, inviting you to relax, listening to music, playing chess or chequers or reading a book. You can also browse our small folk and archaeological artifact collection which comprises everyday objects from the island’s past.

On arriving in the Small Cyclades and more specifically in Pano Koufonissi, you will realize the real meaning of the term vacation.Our island offers the perfect combination, stunning scenery and peace and quiet on the one hand, good food and entertainment on the other.You therefore enjoy a place that retains its traditional character both in the physical environment and the people but without compromise in our requirements of comfort necessary for a pleasant vacation.Villa Ostria, (3 keys GTB license), is situated in the only village of the island, Agios Georgios, on Pano Koufonissi and is waiting to make your vacation more comfortable and relaxing.It comprises 10 rooms 2 studios and 1 Maisonette all fully equipped, built in the traditional island style, with a view to the sea and Keros and only 80m away from the village beach.
