Please note that name changes or other amendments are strictly not allowed for nonrefundable bookings. Please note that a free shuttle service is provided to and from the airport (06:00 - 23:40) at 20-minute intervals. Please proceed to Terminal 1, Car Park 1 area, bays 11-14 for pickup. Guests are kindly requested to book with their name and credit card holder name in Pinyin. Credit card holder details must match the guest ID presented to hotel staff upon check-in. In case of third party payment, please contact the hotel for details. For Breakfast & Dinner offer additional charge is required for a child dinner.
The Swimming Pool is opened from 7am to 12:15pm; 1:15pm to 7pm every day, from 1 March to 30 November.

A damage deposit of HK$ 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
