Situated in the very heart of Old Town, this three-bedroom apartment with new furnishing and spacious interior represents the best place inside city walls. It is in a calm street, but just few seconds from all important attractions, events and night life. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms(queen beds) and one single room in the attic, large living room with dining table for six, lounge area, bathroom with shower, a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. From the living room glass door opens onto a small balcony offering nice views to city walls and mountain Srđ. Amenities include Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, safe deposit box.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the Old Fortress within easy access to restaurants, shops and main street Stradun. Famous Banje beach is only 300 meters away, while Old Port with boat connection to island of Lokrum is within 3 minute walking distance. In the building 3,5 flight of stairs lead up to the apartment which is located on the 3rd floor.
