We loved the space, cleanliness and view. Such a lovely unit and so comfortable. The host was excellent. We even received delicious cakes from the hosts family. Parking was excellent. There is a great restaurant called Dalmatino very close, so we walked there. Just wished we had a week here.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ivana and Mirjana for a very warm welcome, clear instructions and advice on the nearby facilities. The flat is a perfect choice for a solo traveller, it will be also good for couples. It was very clean, a lot of towels, all possible kitchen stuff, washing machine, dish washing machine, iron, hot water is 24/7, there's a boiler, free wi fi. There was a complimentary water in the fridge, as well as coffee upon my arrival. Ivana was always available in case I had any questions. On top of all my positive feelings I got chocolate as a gift when leaving the flat. Thank you Ladies for making my stay in Split comfortable and safe. The beach is approximately 1 km, easily reached by the road, very clean and comfortable. there's a bakery , a store, pharmacy, ATM, fish store close to the facility. Good location. Great sea view. To the sea 1 kilometer. Near the apartments there are many cafes, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank. The apartments have everything you need for life. I recommend.

Good location in Split 10 min by car from the Old Town. Apartment for 3 but we managed to stay in 4 without problems. Car park available in the building. Supermarket at 3 min from the apartment

Around 8 mins walk to the nearest beach (Znjan). Near the apartment there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop, bar and an amazing restaurant (Dalmatino) - all within 1-2 mins walk. Apartment is cosy, clean and well-equipped. Strong WiFi as well. The building has a lift and parking spaces. Around 10 mins drive to the city centre. Uber is readily available if you don't come by car. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to other travellers.

Everything perfect A little away from Split center was perfect. Near highway. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant in 100 meter. Beach 10 minutes from apartment. Very nice apartment with sea view

We really liked the apartment and the fact that it was a 10-minute walk from the beach. There's a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery and different other things just downstairs. Ivana's mother, Mirjana, baked some delicious cakes for us and, the last day, she offerred us some gifts to take home. They also gave us very useful information about different things to do in Split and around Split. My partner got stung by a sea urchin and Mirjana was very kind to help us! There's also a bus stop just across the street and there's bus 8 which takes you to Old Town. We also took Uber and it was quite good as the apartment is about 3 kilometres from the city centre.
