Apartments Exotica are situated in a family house in Funtana, only 900 m from the sea. The house has 4 apartments for rent and the owners also live in the house. The house consists out of 3 floors. App 1 and App 2 are located on the ground floor, App 3 on the second and App 4 on the third floor. All apartments have 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, a sofa bed for two and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Pets are allowed with additional cost. Free parking is available on site.

Neighborhood info

Funtana is a fishing, agricultural and tourist place on the west coast of Istra, located between tourist Vrsar and Poreč, whose coast spreads from Zelena Laguna on the north to Valkanela in the south. This is the most indented coastline of the Istrian peninsula with many coves and islets. Historic center of Poreč is 7,8 km away, Its major landmark is the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica, which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. The town is almost 2,000 years old, and is set around a harbor protected from the sea by the small island of Sveti Nikola/San Nicola (Saint Nicholas). Water park Aquacolors, a place where both the young and old can safely enjoy adrenaline-rush activities, is located in Poreč, in the vicinity of Zelena Laguna (Green Lagoon) - fun place for the entire family - only 3,9 km away from the apartments. Dinopark is the first and the largest theme park in Croatia. Next to the numerous attractions, in Dinopark you will also experience walking through different geological periods by getting to know more than 80 real-size dinosaurs and gain a unique, fun and educating experience. Dinopark is situated only 700 m away from the property.
