Property info

The apartments are located on the coast of the beautiful Omiš Riviera in the small tourist village of Ruskamen. The house is situated above the main road, in a very peaceful neighborhood. A beautiful courtyard with grapevines and a shared barbecue guarantees refreshing shade and tranquility. Approximately 150 meters below the house is a pebble beach accessible by stairs. Nearby, there is a small store with all the necessities for your stay. Access to the house is possible by vehicle, and guest parking is in front of the house, with each apartment having its designated parking spot. The apartments are fully equipped and air-conditioned, featuring SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. Apartments No. 1 and No. 4 even have two balconies each. All apartments except No. 4 offer a beautiful sea view, while this particular apartment has a partial view but a lovely terrace with a table and chairs under a grapevine canopy. On the ground floor, there is a washing machine that guests can use collectively.

The center of Ruskamen with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants is 500 meters away from the house. If you crave modern nightlife, you can visit nearby cities such as Omiš, Split, Trogir, or Makarska. In the wider area, activities such as scuba diving, rafting on the Cetina River, windsurfing, paragliding, hiking, trips to the islands of Brač and Hvar, Mount Biokovo, speedboat rides, fishing trips, and rental of scooters, pedal boats, kayaks, boats, and jet skis are possible. About 150 meters below the house are small gravel beaches with natural shade and crystal-clear water, safe for children.
