Our apartments are only 3km away from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is easily reachable by a local bus (no 4), leaving every 15 minutes from the station in front of the house. Famous Sunset Lapad beach is less then 500 meters away as well as supermarket, pharmacy, market and the bakery. Lapad pedestrian zone with many bars and restaurats is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are total 4 apartments within the same house - please visit Villa Tolja advertisement on this site if you are a group of friends that would like to stay at the same house.
I'm an experienced host with a good understanding of what you need to make the most of this adorable town, from guidebooks and maps to local insights and recommendations. I am 24/7 available to give directions and suggestions during your stay in Dbk
Lapad area is famous for its beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, promenades and Green Park Petka with attractive walking and cycling track, located only few steps away from the apartment. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. If you are coming with the children, Lapad pedestrian area, which is located 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment, has few children’s playgrounds. We welcome families and supply a cot and a high chair upon request at no extra charge
