This stunning property is a semi-detached modernly build house, located in the peaceful area of Špinel and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The Villa Kana can accommodate up to 8 persons and is spread over the ground and first floor. On the ground floor you will find a terrace, cosy living room with internet TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a balcony with sitting area. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with double beds. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and next to the pool there is a dining table with BBQ. Private parking is available onsite.
