This romantic country house is located close to the "Lim Fiord" Nature Reserve and is a 10 minute walk to the naural beache of the fiord. A Mountain bike trail leads directly past Villa Lenoir, an ideal starting point for enthusiasts to spend a few hours with nature The small fishing village of Vrsar is 1,4 kms and is proud of its old traditions, its crystal Waters, countless pebble beaches, rocky plateaus and rich underwater world. The Dino Park for our little guests (3 km) and the Aquapark (6 km) offers ideal alternatives to beach bathing.
Villa Lenoir comfortably accommodates up to 6 people on 150 m2. The ground floor offers a cozy modern kitchen, dinig area and a bathroom. On the traditional terrace with BBQ facilities and Jacuzzi you can enjoy glasses of wines whilst cooking at qour leisure in privacy, sourrounded by an ancient stone wall. The 1st floor offers 2 comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom. The 2nd floor is a large open plan area which offers a living room with satelit TV, comfortable sofa and the third seperated double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, satellite TV, free Wifi, Air Conditioning and Washing machine facilities are all installed to enure your holiday is a comfortable one.
Dont feel like cooking? Then visit our resaurant "Konoba Petra" which is within a 1 minute walk. We are a family business and offer Mediterranean dishes with a french "touch" which are prepared personally by my husband, Chef Fabrice. Instagram: @konobapetra. Villa Lenoir is open all year round when in the quieter season, guests can still relax whilst experiencing the joy of helping with olive or wine harvesting ,foraging for truffles or mushrooms, or visiting the annual Prosciutto fair in Tinjan. In the summer you might like to take a Panoramic Flight from Vrsar sport airfield. Go diving with Star Fish diving center, hire a boat, maybe visit a Wellness centres at Hotel Diamant and Parentium. All these activities can be organised for you, and finally LAST but not LEAST, dont forget to follow the Istrian Wine Route.
