The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to give service and answer any questions. The villas were spacious, clean and comfortable. The gardens, pool and restaurant were stunning, with a great view of Mt Agung. The food was excellent (with superb breakfast) and the spa treatments were wonderful. We were blown away by the service and luxury of the hotel, can't wait to go back.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we were amazed with how beautiful the property is and how nice the staff are. We enjoyed the food, our villa and how clean everything is. I booked this hotel last minute on the day. I was riding my Vespa to this area and decided to stay for the night instead of riding back to Seminyak. It exceeded my expectation! the location was great as I was planning to ride up to Lempuyang Temple at 6am and it was so closed. By the time I got back I still had time to take a plunge in the pool with Mount Agung visible in the background. The room itself was really nice, quite and spacious. Very romantic, I am planning to bring my partner back here. The common areas are great and lots of spots of very picturesque moments.

Everything was exceptionally awesome! We didn't expect it to be that great actually and oh how WRONG we were! From the first time we arrived, the staffs welcomed us friendly, even until the last day, they served us and always asked us if everything was okay. When we requested something, they tried their best to fulfill it. The villas are modernly designed, neat, clean, and comfy. We LOVED the scenery we could see from our private pool ❤. We were really thankful not only to the staffs, but also to the manager. We hope all of you stay healthy. Definitely recommended! We wish we can stay here again someday and LONGER because that's how great it is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
