A 3 bedroom villa, strategically located between bustling Ubud center and the famous Tegalalang rice terraces is waiting for you. Surrounded by green nature, offering an amazing infinity pool, 3 bedrooms with beautiful nature view and an outdoor lounge area, this villa is the perfect getaway for you and your friends/family! A new and modern property with white and wooden elements to feel good and enjoy your time in Ubud. The space All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TV, A/C and safety box. The rooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the lush nature, common outdoor areas and the refreshing infinity pool. A view everyone would love to wake up to! A little plunge pool is located just outside of the bedrooms and offers a refreshing dip in the morning before heading downstairs to the common area. The living room with kitchen, dining table and couch area is enclosed with ceiling fans and large sliding glass doors which can be opened at any time. The fully equipped kitchen with counter offers all basic amenities you need in order to prepare your favorite dishes and drinks and enjoy them surrounded by your loved ones at the comfortable dining table. *This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, and there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH JUNGLE VIEW In the middle of the night you might hear weird noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. **The villa is subject to some noise due to the surrounding construction**
