⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Riviera Boutique Ubud. Even though the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, everything felt brand new—spotlessly clean with that fresh, new-hotel feel. The staff were genuinely warm, polite, and always happy to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s design is absolutely beautiful, with a chic Riviera-inspired aesthetic throughout. I especially loved the stylish lounge area and coffee bar, which created a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of Ubud and next door to Merlin’s, one of the best restaurants in town, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. I’m also looking forward to coming back once their steakhouse opens, as it looks very promising. Overall, Riviera Boutique Ubud was an excellent choice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, near very good restaurants, not right on the street, so you don't heat the traffic. The pool was very nice, right in the middle of nature, very beautiful. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every day here.

Amazing poools! And really comfortable room :) Friendly staff as well! Love my stay!

The outdoor areas at Lili Cottage Ubud are lush, verdant, beautiful and well cared for by the local Balinese family who own & operate it. The staff is caring, attentive, and kind. The pool is to live for! If yoga is your jam, Yoga Barn is a few minutes walking distance of the property.

Quiet, great location, nice pool, very clean, comfortable bed and great value! Staff very nice.

I travelled with my family and had an exceptional stay at Māua Olea Ubud by Swiss-Belhotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew this property was something special. As a brand-new hotel, everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were immaculate, and the cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. Our room and all public areas were spotlessly clean, creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment for our family. What truly made this stay memorable was the people. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality felt sincere rather than scripted, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. By the end of our stay, it genuinely felt as though we had found a family away from home. In fact, our experience was so positive that we decided to extend our booking rather than move elsewhere as originally planned. That decision alone speaks volumes about how comfortable and cared for we felt during our stay. It is not often that a hotel leaves such a strong impression that you immediately want to stay longer. The combination of a beautiful new property, exceptional cleanliness, and a team that treats guests with genuine warmth makes Māua Olea a standout destination in Ubud. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and the level of hospitality here ranks among the best. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so special. We arrived as guests, extended our stay because we did not want to leave, and departed with wonderful memories. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

Great value for money, especially considering the location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. I found the mini fridge hummed a little at night, but once I unplugged it the room was perfectly peaceful. The owner was very helpful and kindly offered the use of the main fridge at reception if I preferred to keep the room fridge switched off. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Yoga Barn, the Monkey Forest, and many cafés, shops, and restaurants in central Ubud. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in the heart of Ubud, it’s hard to beat for value.
