We are a luxury pool villa situated on 1,200 sq metres of land adjacent to Green Valley and very close to Senggigi's beaches and bar restaurants (250 metres). We have 3 bedrooms, 2 large (with tv) and 1 very large master bedroom. Each has their own air conditioning and ensuite bathroom and open on to the pool garden area. The living areas are open plan comprising lounge with 65 inch tv and a modern fully equipped western kitchen and open directly on to the pool deck through large folding doors. All rooms feature cathedral wooden ceilings (4-5 m high) built from local mahogany. The rear garden of 800 sq metres backs on to a bamboo lined riverbed and has attractive views to the surrounding hills. Traditional outdoor furniture sits in a large grassed area amongst coconut palms (5), papaya trees (10) and a variety of other tropical plants and flowers. We have satellite tv, free high speed WiFi, baby cots and beds and can sleep up to 8 persons. We have 3 permanent staff.
