This 1,500 sq.ft / 144 sq.m single /ground floor villa is the 2nd home of a retired Canadian couple when they're staying in Bali. Usually, the villa is available for guests about 9 - 10 months per year, depending on the travel plans of the Canadian couple. It's a well-built, well-maintained and comfortable 2 bed / bath room house, with a nice, private swimming pool and a spacious garden area (also private). All rooms are individually air-conditioned and have insect screens on doors and windows to let fresh air in (if preferred so).
My name is Niluh Sumanteri. I am the villa hostess and will be your contact from the 1st email you sent till the moment of check-out and anywhere in between. I will help / assist you where I can and will gladly share my local knowledge with you. My duty is also to supervise the other staff ( house-keeping, gardening, pool maintenance) at villa Selaras. As a team we will do our best to make your stay with us as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
This villa is part of a 12-villa complex, with private access and 24/7 security. It's located along a small street in Sanur, with almost no traffic passing by and therefore really quiet. Also, safe for children as the villa complex is free of motorized vehicles. Distance to the beach is just 700 metres and to shops and restaurants about 400 metres.
