Lovingly furnished and modern equipped rooms await you. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with TV (Astra 19.2) and DVD player. In the whole house LED lamps are installed, partly with motion detectors. A cot and high chair are also available and free of charge. In addition there is a reading room with Bluetooth speaker, a large living room with a 49" smart TV, DVD player and stereo system. After an eventful day you can enjoy the cosy warmth of the crackling fireplace in the evening. The large kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, circulating air stove and microwave and the rear kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and sink. Of course, Frahling lovers will also find a filter coffee machine here. A rustic lounge with a large open fireplace completes the house, smoking is also allowed here. A covered lounge for the rare case that it should rain at the tasty barbeque with swing and sandbox for the little ones. To the house belong two fishing boats, which can be rented with costs in addition and a canoe, which can be used free of charge. The consumption of electricity in the house will be charged extra at 0,30E/kwh at the end of the stay. Pets must be registered in advance and a deposit of 50E is payable on arrival which will be refunded if the house is in acceptable condition on departure.

Located directly on the Shannon-Erne-Waterway as well as on Garadice Lough, your stay at Garadice View Farm House offers a wide range of leisure activities. Together with the Shannon River, the Erne Lakes, the Grand Canal and the Royal Canal, the canal forms the largest houseboat area in Europe. The leisure captains have more than 1000 km of connected waterways at their disposal. Only 200 meters away from the house is the marina "Haughton`s Shore". Whether canoe or fishing boat - here you can start. The famous Slieve Russel Hotel is located in Ballyconnell only 12 km from the house.
