Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty. Many tea gardens. Visiting in monsoon season (June/July) can be a bit restricting because of rain and fog but it’s still worth it. Cecilia, was a very good host. Despite the busy Good Friday weekend and her other engagements, she ensured a hot, freshly cooked dinner as well as a steaming hot breakfast the next morning. The room was well equipped for the cold Coonoor weather. She also saw us through an unpredictable emergency.
