Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property info

We are renting out 4 apartments in the same building, all apartments have two bedrooms. If you are big group then it's possible to book all 4 apartments together. The whole building was recently renovated so everything is brand new and tip top. We have free parking that belongs to our building.

Neighborhood info

Our location is great ! In front of the building is one of the most popular landmark in Reykjavik, the Hallgrimskirkja church. Just few meters away is a small grocery store. Skólavörðustígur the street in front on the church is just around the corner and there you can find many boutique stores, bars and restaurants. If you walk down Skólavörðustígur ( around 5-600 meters ) then you end up at Laugavegur our main street. So everything in downtown Reykjavik is in walking distance.
