Wonderful fully renovated flat of 65 sqm located on the mezzanine floor, consisting of a bright living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, livable terrace and garden with barbecue area. The flat is equipped with every comfort, perfect for both long and short stays, suitable for both couples and families with children. The house is only a 3/4 minute walk from the beautiful Lido delle Rose beach and is strategically located for visiting all the main points of interest and the most beautiful beaches on the east coast. The house has a unique position because it is located on a road with little traffic and is completely surrounded by greenery. It is ideal for enjoying the wonderful summer evenings in Sardinia. The flat has a large private terrace and an exclusive outdoor space that is completely fenced and secured. The accommodation is very comfortable and allows guests to enjoy a unique stay. The veranda and the exclusive outdoor space allow guests to enjoy moments of relaxation after a day spent visiting the most beautiful places in Ogliastra. The flat is reserved for non-smokers. RECYCLING COLLECTION In Lotzorai there is door-to-door separate waste collection, so it is important and obligatory to follow the rules for doing it correctly. Instructions and appropriate waste bins will be provided at check-in.
We are Alessandro and Silvia two young Property Managers who have been working in the tourism sector in Ogliastra for several years. In 2019 we opened our B&B "Sa Crai B&B" located in the heart of Lotzorai, which hosts hundreds of tourists every year. In 2021, we founded the company "Sa Crai Apartments - Sardinian Experience" which is responsible for the management of numerous holiday homes and tourist flats located throughout the Ogliastra area. We are available 24 hours a day for any problems guests may have. We like to recommend places, attractions, beaches to visit and restaurants where you can enjoy our traditional dishes, all aimed at enhancing your stay in Ogliastra; at check-in we provide a Welcome Book accessible via smartphone so you will always have our suggestions with you. We can book for you a dinghy or boat excursion to visit the coves (Cala Goloritze, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, etc.) Write for any information I will be happy to help you plan your holiday in Sardinia.
