I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEE MANY SITUATIONS THAT CAN CREATE STRESS WHEN SHARING SPACES WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE. "A MUST" FOR ME, WHEN I REFURBISHED THE VILLA, WAS TO MAKE 3 BEDROOMS WITH 3 INDEPENDENT INTERNAL BATHROOMS AVAILABLE TO MY GUESTS, BECAUSE THEY CAN AVOID USELESS WAITING TIMES TO SHOWER OR GO TO THE BATH WITHOUT QUEUE. AND SO YOU CAN GET READY TO GO OUT ON TIME IN THE EVENING AND NEVER LESS BE ABLE TO ENJOY THE BEACH FOR LONGER UNTIL YOU ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS. "NO STRESS"

The house is ideal for 3 couples of friends, with 8 beds, 3 bedrooms and 3 independent bathrooms. Kitchen equipped with crockery and dishwasher, fan oven and microwave oven. Convenient and very close to the free beach and the equipped beach, 50 meters away. In a few minutes walk from the center and shops. Out of traffic, you don't have to pass through busy roads to get to the beach. in 2 minutes on foot you are at the beach. Outdoor space with umbrella, garden tables and chairs, internal parking space for 2 cars. With terrace equipped with armchairs, tables and barbecue, with sea view. To reach Porto Ceareo we are convenient and just a few minutes away by car.

Quiet and non-isolated area 400 meters from the center of Torre Lapillo with all the commercial activities. A few km from Porto Cesareo, other centers of Salento can be reached such as Santa Caterina al Bagno, Porto Selvaggio, Nardo', Lecce, Otranto, Castro Marina and Santa Cesarea or to the north, Brindisi, Taranto, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Ostuni, Castellana Caves.
