A new concept of hospitality, where you can feel at home away from home. Discover our apartments one step away from the most suggestive seafront in Italy. When we chose this location we wanted to imagine a starting point that already had all the essence of the city in itself but that would allow, at the same time, to reach, on foot or by means of transport, everything there is to see in Naples and surroundings.

Neighborhood info

The first thing you will see will be the sea, so why not start from there? You can start your walk from the Fountain of the Siren Partenope in Piazza Sannazzaro (a 4-minute walk from Ad Maiora Boutique Home) and then walk along the famous waterfront of Naples towards Castel Dell'Ovo: you can choose whether to rent a bicycle, an electric scooter , a playful 'rickshaw' or simply walking: the walk is about 2.5 km long, but if you want you can also stop halfway, at the Villa Comunale, and enjoy both the view of the sea and the greenery of the park. seafront, both in the direction of Castel Dell'Ovo and in the direction of Posillipo, you can find all kinds of places to eat in Naples, especially pizzerias and fish restaurants. If you love sweets, you can't miss the famous Chalet Ciro and its famous staple eaten one step away from the sea! For getting around, and to get to know a bit of the history of the city, we recommend that you move just 700m and head towards Mergellina Station.
