Newly renovated spacious apartment with air conditioning in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Studio with fully equipped kitchen-living room, bathroom, double box spring bed and sofa bed for 1 person, natural wooden floors. Ideal for couples, families, business & single travellers. Directly in the centre: 2 minutes walk. Therme, Kurhaus, city theatre, old town "Lauben/portici". Bars, restaurants, supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Public parking not far away. The studio on the 3rd floor is exclusively available for guests and has a great view over the rooftops of Merano to Dorf Tirol to the mountains and the street Corso Libertà. Our apartment has a kitchenette, coffee machine, refrigerator, electric kettle. It is equipped with shower, WC, hair dryer, TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Elevator. The use of towels, tea towels, bed linen, water and electricity are included in the price. The newly renovated one-room apartment (34 sqm) is located directly in the pedestrian zone.
The studio has a large double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a sofa bed (sleeping accommodation for one person), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bolcony and a new bathroom with a generous shower. A washing machine and dryer are also available on request. The entrance can be reached by staircase or by elevator, the check-in is with the key box. You will receive the code 1 day before arrival. PARKING: There are no parking spaces belonging to the house, but you can unload at the theatre square in front of the house. Free parking at the bus and train station of Merano (except Tuesdays and Fridays!), or payable in the parking garage at the thermal baths car park or the parking lot of the "Algunder Kellerei/Cantina di Lagundo" car park. These are also 3-5 minutes away on foot.
Only a few steps away you are in the shopping street, the "Lauben/portici" with various shops, restaurants, cafés and various sights. Only 300 m away is the new shopping centre "Centrum". For breakfast you can simply enjoy delicacies in one of the two excellent pastry shops across the street. The apartment is also a good starting point for various walks and hikes. The promenade, the Tappeinerweg and the Waalwege can be reached directly from here. You can also reach the thermal baths only by crossing the bridge about 280 m. Your residence Palazzo de Eccher is located directly on the Passerpromenade, not far from the beautiful an historical Kurhaus (150 m). The promenade and the Thermenplatz are the places for the famous Merano Christmas Market, concerts, performances and other events. The surroundings are excitingly lively - and yet the apartment is so quietly located. TIPS FOR TRAVEL: - Thermal bath Thermal bath Merano - Trautmannsdorff Botanical Garden - via Tappeinerweg to the Pulverturm (Sissi already enjoyed this walk) - Museum of Archaeology "Ötzi" - Railway toboggan run "Alpine Bob" near "Merano 2000 - Knot cinema in Vöran
