Beautiful apartment, panoramic, top floor, finely furnished in shades of turquoise, on the Padule seafront in the city of La Maddalena, a quiet and recently redeveloped area, the ideal place both to enjoy the lively city life and for an intimate and romantic holiday. The location is strategic, both to reach the beaches and the historic center animated by all the services and the typical Sardinian boutiques, just a few minutes walk (800 meters) from the characteristic tourist port of Cala Gavetta. The house enjoys a 180 ° panoramic sea view, is equipped with every comfort and consists of: living room with comfortable double sofa bed, fully equipped A / K, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with balcony also with a view sea. The apartment also has a convenient assigned parking space, an indisputable comfort, not only for carrying out loading and unloading operations, but for being able to freely use the car without parking problems.
We love this island and for this reason we wanted to share our passion with all the guests who, staying in our structures "Panoramic apartment ... with window on the sea" and "La Terrazza apartment", will want to know this corner of paradise. La Maddalena, a tourist town whose historic center is animated by ancient and elegant shops and typical restaurants, but which enchants visitors with its particular and reserved coves, which peek out from the wildest nature.
The house is located in a strategic, private and quiet area; at the same time all the primary services, as well as all the eating facilities, suitable for all budgets and tastes, are comfortably and reachable in a few minutes by car or with a pleasant walk along the promenade! We always recommend to our guests, especially in the summer season and in the months of July and August, to book. It is our custom to recommend some particular structures with which we have established a partnership over the years and with which we will be sure they will enjoy positive experiences!
