I own and let two cozy apartments located in a prestigious building in the pedestrian area of Crocetta, a unique opportunity to live in a prestigious residence, immersed in the peace of the #1 pedestrian area of ​​Turin, where you can have a pleasant walk with your Children and, if any, your pets. The proximity to the Complex of Politecnico University (less than 100 mt far), the Subway (700 mt) and, more generally, to the City center, makes it a perfect choice to plan your stay, thanks the proximity to the main City's points. The access with your vehicle is unlimited ( No ZTL) In case you should have more than vehicle, the street parking is pay toll from 7:30 to 19:30 Mon- Sat. Usually is almost easy to find a parking available,
I'm an Entrepreneur in the Health and Safety training business and I have always been a big fan of any sort of motorsport, passion that I share with my family. Years ago I moved from the city to the countryside, where I can better manage my hobbies and relax a bit when my job allow me. Crocetta's District, notoriously one of the most Turin's elegant is home of a well known street market, famous for its Garments' shopping. You can also find many shops, groceries, supermarkets, bars and restaurants for all budgets. In details, the location is within the pedestrian area ( see above) a great green space where walking, running your pets, play with children without any risk of vehicles.
