We employ a highly specialized staff able to interact with customers during the choice of destination and booking, up to the reception on site. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
